Does every mouth guard have the same thickness and if not what are the options?

Why does it ask to add extra teeth twice? Theres a box that says add extra teeth, then another when you scroll down that says add extra teeth and the number 1 next to it. If I select add 4 extra teeth on both does that mean I get 8 extra teeth? Or is this just a mistake on your website?
